Your Fitness Journey,
Guided by AI

Workouts, meals, weight, and sleep in one app, with an AI coach that logs it all for you.

FitJur home screen on iPhone

Tracking your fitness shouldn't feel like a second job

You've tried the apps. Spreadsheets. Notes on your phone. Here's what always goes wrong.

Scattered tools

One app for workouts, another for food, a spreadsheet for weight. Nothing connects, so you never see the full picture.

No intelligent guidance

Your app logs what you did but never tells you what to do next. You're left guessing at weights, reps, and progression.

Death by tapping

Logging a single meal takes 15 taps. By the time you're done scrolling menus and searching databases, your food is cold.

Built by a lifter, for lifters

Andreea, founder of FitJur

I built FitJur because I was tired of juggling five different apps just to track my training. One for workouts, one for food, a spreadsheet for weight — none of them talked to each other.

The name comes from fitness + jurney + jurnal. It's your fitness journey, journaled — with an AI Coach that does more than just answer questions. It takes action so you can focus on the work.

— Andreea

The philosophy

Andreea's 11 Principles of Muscle Growth

These are the 11 principles I live by.

I didn’t learn them all at once. I earned them over time—through experience, mistakes, patience, and consistency. Just like building muscle, these principles weren’t developed overnight. They were built one lesson at a time.

Today, they shape the way I train, recover, and think about fitness. I hope they’ll help you build not only a stronger body, but a smarter approach to training.

Frequently asked questions

Is FitJur free?

Yes. Logging workouts, meals, weight, sleep and steps is free, and so is the daily briefing. Pro adds chat with your AI coach and higher limits on the AI tools. See the pricing page for the details.

Is there an app for iPhone and Android?

Yes. FitJur is on the App Store and Google Play, and the same account works on the web. Everything you log syncs between them.

Can I use FitJur on my computer?

Yes. The web app has everything the phone apps have, on a bigger screen. It is handy for planning programs and meal plans.

What can the AI coach do?

It reads your workouts, meals, weight and sleep, and acts on what you tell it. Type "bench press 3x8 at 80 kg" and the sets are logged. It can also log meals, plan a workout, build recipes and answer questions about your progress.

Do I have to talk to the coach to log things?

No. Every log has a normal screen with buttons and forms. The coach is a faster way in when you want it.

Does FitJur work with Apple Health and Health Connect?

Yes. The apps read your steps, sleep and workouts from Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. FitJur only reads this data; it never writes to it.

How do I track food?

Search the food list, scan a barcode, pick a favourite, log a whole recipe or meal plan day, or tell the coach what you ate. The coach can also log a meal from a photo of your plate.

Does FitJur plan my workouts?

Answer a few questions about your goal, days and equipment, and you get a starter program. Programs can progress your weights for you, and every exercise shows what you lifted last time.

Can my personal trainer use FitJur with me?

Yes. Coaches can assign you programs and meal plans, follow your progress and read your weekly check-ins, while you train in the app.

What happens to my data?

Your data is yours. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and ask us for a copy of your data whenever you want one.
